Do you need a boaters certificate to rent?
Yes, you must be 18+ and have a valid boaters certificate to rent. NH law state any boat or personal watercraft with motor over 25 horsepower requires a valid boater’s license (any state license with the NASBLA certification.) You can take the 14-day temporary boater’s license test prior to renting onsite. If you have made a reservation but cannot produce a valid boating certificate and/or do not pass the test, no refund will

What are the rental hours?
We offer full day rentals only, your rental day can begin as early at 9am and Jet Skis are required to be back by 5pm, you will select pick up time when you book online. Pickups are currently by appointment only, select reservation time accordingly and please be prompt
Are life jackets required on a Jet Ski?
Driver and any passenger must have a US Coast Guard approved life jacket on the entire time they are on the Jet Ski. This is not only our policy but also a New Hampshire state law. If you are found to be on the Jet Ski without a life jacket your rental will be immediately terminated and no refund issued.
Do I have to pay for fuel?
Yes, Jet Ski must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when you picked up otherwise fuel surcharge will be deducted from your security deposit
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days from confirmed pick up date, 50% refund if cancelled 4-6 days from pick up date, No refund for cancellations with less than 72 hour notice from pick up date. Customers will receive a credit toward future date in case of cancellation by company due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. There is no refund for failed boating exams
Can the Jet Skis be trailered and used on other lakes?
No, due to our insurance policy Jet Skis must be picked up and returned from our locations docks and are only for use on Lake Winnisquam
Can I get to Lake Winnipesaukee from Lake Winnisquam by water?
Unfortunately even though the river flows between watercrafts are not able to go from one lake to the other via water
